  • 6 x single arm overhead squats (Left) *

  • 6 x single arm overhead squats (Right) *

  • 30 x double unders / 75 x single unders **

* use 1 dumbbell , kettlebell or water bottle for equipment options.

** If you can't perform skipping at this moment , change it to 50 x jumping jacks every round instead.
