4 rounds Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : Max reps double unders / single unders

  • Minute 2 : Max reps hang snatch high pulls

  • Minute 3 : Max reps inch worm push ups

  • Minute 4 : REST

** accumulate reps separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
