Minute 1 : Max reps double unders / single unders
Minute 2 : Max reps hang snatch high pulls
Minute 3 : Max reps inch worm push ups
Minute 4 : REST
** accumulate reps separately for each round
* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
