Daily workout (14/8/2024)

15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x L sit shoulder press

  • 10 x alternating toe touches

  • 15 x mountain climbers ( L + R = 1 rep)

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
