  • 50 x single arm overhead march (Left)

  • 40 x diamond sit ups

  • 30 x single arm single leg front rack reverse lunges (Left)

  • 20 x single arm power cleans (Left)

  • 10 x alternating single arm devil's press

  • 20 x single arm power cleans (Right)

  • 30 x single arm single leg front rack reverse lunges (Right)

  • 40 x diamond sit ups

  • 50 x single arm overhead march (Right)

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
