12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 9 x single arm sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 7 x box jumps

  • 5 x goblet squats

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , PVC pipe , backpack as your equipment option.
