4 rounds Tabata

* 20 seconds ON

* 10 seconds OFF

* 1 minute REST every round

* Accumulate reps at the end as final score

  1. Crunches

  2. Jack knives

  3. Leg lifts

  4. Toe touches

  5. Window wipers

  6. Bicycle kicks ( Left + Right = 1 rep )

  7. Flutter kicks ( Left + Right = 1 rep )

  8. Scissors kicks ( Left + Right = 1 rep )
