Daily workout (18/5/2022)

5 rounds NOT for time

( Left hand )

  • 9 x single arm dumbbell Romanian deadlift

  • 7 x single arm hang squat cleans

  • 5 x single arm thrusters


( Right hand )

  • 9 x single arm dumbbell Romanian deadlift

  • 7 x single arm hang squat cleans

  • 5 x single arm thrusters

* Perform each set unbroken with proper technique .

* You can take short breaks after each set .

* During each set if there's a mistake made on any movement , you are required to re do that set.

* 20 minutes time cap

* Use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
