( 4 minutes ON , 2 minutes OFF)

  • 12 x air squats

  • 8 x single arm farmer's carry 30 feet

  • 4 x hand release push ups

* accumulate reps separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
