3 minutes as many reps as possible (AMRAP)

  • 1 x deadlift

  • 2 x hang power cleans

  • 3 x shoulder to overhead

  • REST 2 minutes

( Part 2 )

3 minutes as many reps as possible (AMRAP)

  • 1 x hang power clean

  • 2 x shoulder to overhead

  • 3 x deadlifts

  • REST 2 minutes

( Part 3 )

3 minutes as many reps as possible (AMRAP)

  • 1 x shoulder to overhead

  • 2 x deadlifts

  • 3 x hang power cleans

  • REST 2 minutes

* Accumulate scores separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
