  • Minute 1 : 50 x plank shoulder taps

  • Minute 2 : 40 x mountain climbers

  • Minute 3 : 30 x plank alternate leg lifts

  • Minute 4 : 20 x air squats

  • Minute 5 : 10 x reverse burpees

  • Minute 6 : REST
