4 rounds Tabata

* 20 seconds ON

* 10 seconds OFF

* 2 minutes REST every round

  1. Alternate single arm deadlift

  2. Plank hops

  3. Alternate single arm high pulls

  4. Mountain climbers (L + R = 1 rep)

  5. alternate single arm power cleans

  6. Knees to elbows (L + R = 1 rep)

  7. Alternate ground to overhead

  8. Inch worm

* Accumulate your reps at the end of WOD as final score.

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , backpack , water bottle as equipment option.
