6 minutes as many rounds as possible ( AMRAP )

  • 10 x single arm dumbbell / kettlebell power snatch

  • 8 x diamond push ups

  • 6 x pistol squats / goblet squats

  • 30 x double unders / 75 x single unders

( Part 2 )


4 minutes as many rounds as possible ( AMRAP )

  • 8 x single arm dumbbell / kettlebell power snatch

  • 6 x diamond push ups

  • 4 x pistol squats / goblet squats

  • 20 x double unders / 50 x single unders

( Part 3 )


2 minutes as many rounds as possible ( AMRAP )

  • 6 x single arm dumbbell / kettlebell power snatch

  • 4 x diamond push ups

  • 2 x pistol squats / goblet squats

  • 10 x double unders / 25 x single unders
