  • 2 x single leg squats (L)

  • 2 x single leg squats (R)

  • 2 x single arm power cleans (L)

  • 2 x single arm power cleans (R)

  • 2 x toes to bar / V ups

* 22 minutes time cap

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
