Daily workout (22/4/2022)

12 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x single arm dumbbell burpees

  • 7 x single arm dumbbell shoulder to overhead

  • 9 x single arm dumbbell front squats

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
