  • Minute 1 : max reps of hang power snatch

  • Minute 2 : max reps of overhead squats

  • Minute 3 : max reps box step ups

  • Minute 4 : REST

* Accumulate reps separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
