Daily workout (23/5/2022)

5 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 12 x alternate toe touches

  • 9 x floor press

  • 6 x weighted sit ups

- REST 2 minutes -

5 minutes AMRAP

  • 15 x gorilla row

  • 12 x standing alternate shoulder press

  • 9 x front squats

- REST 2 minutes -

5 minutes AMRAP

  • 18 x double unders / single unders / jumping jacks

  • 15 x standing alternate toe touches

  • 12 x alternating gorilla cleans

* Record each round separately

* use double dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottles , backpack as equipment options.
