(3 sets)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 3 x air squats

  • 2 x push ups

  • 1 x clusters

** Rest 1 minute every round

** Accumulates reps separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
