( Version 1 )


10 Every minute on the minute ( EMOM )

* perform these movements with a loaded barbell ( weight of your choosing )

* at the top of every minute perform 2 sets of

  • 1 x power cleans

  • 2 x front rack lunges

  • 3 x overhead squats

( Version 2 )


10 Every minute on the minute ( EMOM )

* perform these movements with a PVC pipe / broomstick

* at the top of every minute perform 3 sets of

  • 1 x power cleans

  • 2 x front rack lunges

  • 3 x overhead squats
