CHOOSE YOUR ADVENTURE


For time

  • 50 x air squats

  • 50 x kettlebell swings

  • 50 x burpees

  • 50 x alternate plank toe touch

  • 50 x push ups

* choose any movement of your choice to start your WOD.

* complete 1 movement before going into the next.

* Try to complete each movement under 4 minutes.

* use kettlebell , dumbbell , backpack as equipment options
