* 10 seconds OFF

* 1 minute REST every round

* Accumulate reps & compiled at the end of workout as final score

  2. Push up shoulder taps

  3. Plank toe touch

  4. Reverse burpees

  5. Air squats

  6. Alternate toe touch

  7. Staggered hand push ups

  8. Burpees
