  • 5 x burpees **

  • 10 x single arm SOT press

  • 6 x burpees **

  • 8 x single arm SOT press

  • 7 x burpees **

  • 6 x single arm SOT press

  • 8 x burpees **

  • 4 x single arm SOT press

  • 9 x burpees **

  • 2 x single arm SOT press

  • 10 x burpees **

* * Perform 2 push ups for every burpee

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
