15 minutes as many round as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x goblet alternating single leg forward lunges

  • 20 x alternating single arm ground to overhead

  • 30 x single unders

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
