Minute 2 : max reps single arm cross body deadlift (Left hand)
Minute 3 : max reps single arm cross body deadlift (Right hand)
Minute 4 : Max reps alternating reversed lunges
Minute 5 : REST
* accumulate reps separately for each round
* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
