3 rounds Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : max repetitions of alternating single leg toe touches

  • Minute 2 : max reps single arm cross body deadlift (Left hand)

  • Minute 3 : max reps single arm cross body deadlift (Right hand)

  • Minute 4 : Max reps alternating reversed lunges

  • Minute 5 : REST

* accumulate reps separately for each round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
