Daily workout (28/1/2022)

3 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : 20 x no push up burpees

  • Minute 2 : 30 x alternate single arm kettle bell swings

  • Minute 3 : 30 x alternate toe touch

  • Minute 4 : Max reps goblet squats

  • Minute 5 : REST

* Accumulate reps at the end of workout as final score.

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
