乐乐 Birthday WOD

14 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 6 x tuck jumps

  • 4 x single arm thrusters

  • 2 x wall walk / 6 x inch worm

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
