  • 10 x single arm front rack single leg forward lunges

  • 5 x single arm hang clean & jerk (Right)

  • 10 x single arm front rack single leg forward lunges

  • 15 x burpees

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
