  • 50 x diamond sit ups

  • 40 x single arm hang power cleans (Left)

  • 30 x single arm single leg front rack reversed lunges (Left)

  • 20 x single arm half kneeling shoulder press (Left)

  • 10 x burpee weighted step ups (Left)

  • 10 x burpee weighted step ups (Right)

  • 20 x single arm half kneeling shoulder press (Right)

  • 30 x single arm single leg front rack reversed lunges (Right)

  • 40 x single arm hang power cleans (Right)

  • 50 x diamond sit ups

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
