20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

50 x single unders / 50 x jumping jacks

40 x hand release push ups

30 x toe touches

20 x alternate single arm high pulls

10 x goblet squats


* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
