Daily workout (3/1/2022)

For time

  • 50 x seated single arm Z press

  • 40 x plank push ups with single arm pull through

  • 30 x burpee lateral jumps'

  • 20 x goblet squats'

  • 10 x single arm clusters (on each side)

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
