Daily workout (3/6/2024)

15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 15 x alternating single arm sumo deadlift high pulls

  • 10 x straight leg sit ups

  • 5 x burpees

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
