4 rounds every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : 10 x elbow to plank push ups

  • Minute 2 : 15 x single arm power cleans

  • Minute 3 : 20 x standing alternate toe touch

  • Minute 4 : 50 x bicycle kicks

  • Minute 5 : REST

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
