Daily workout (30/8/2021)

10 minutes as many reps as possible (AMRAP)

  • weighted step ups

  • Every 10 steps perform 3 overhead squats

* Final score will comprise of step ups & overhead squats

* use dumbbell, kettlebell , backpack as equipment options.

* use a couch , chair or any elevated surface as your step up option.
