3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • Max reps single unders / double unders


- REST 2 minutes -


(part 3)

3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • Max reps single arm ground to overhead


- REST 2 minutes


* Accumulate reps separately for each round separate scores.

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
