Every minute on the minute (EMOM)for 20 minutes

  • Odd minute : 5 x squat cleans & 50 x single unders

  • Even minute : 5 x push press / strict press & 50 x single unders

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
