  • 21 x pike push ups

  • 21 x V ups / toes to bar

  • 15 x pike push ups

  • 15 x V ups / toes to bar

  • 9 x pike push ups

  • 9 x V ups / toes to bar

* use a barbell , PVC pipe for Part 1 of the WOD
