Daily workout (6/9/2022)

3 rounds of 3 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 3 x power cleans

  • 6 x push ups

  • 9 x air squats

* Rest 1 minute every round

* Accumulate score separately for each round

* dumbbells , kettlebells , water bottle , backpack as equipment options.
