4 rounds Every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : 15 x goblet lunges

  • Minute 2 : 20 x sumo deadlift high pulls

  • Minute 3 : 20 x single arm hang power cleans (Left)

  • Minute 4 : 20 x single arm hang power cleans (Right)

  • Minute 5 : REST

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
