  • 6 x single arm hang cleans (Left)

  • 3 x single arm shoulder to overhead (Left)

  • 10 x air squats

  • 9 x single arm deadlifts (Right)

  • 6 x single arm hang cleans (Right)

  • 3 x single arm shoulder to overhead (Right)

  • 10 x air squats

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
