5 rounds Every minute on the minute (EMOM)

  • Minute 1 : Max reps glute bridge floor press

  • Minute 2 : Max reps weighted Russian twist

  • Minute 3 : Weighted glute bridge hold

  • Minute 4 : REST

** Accumulate reps separately every round

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
