Daily workout (8/2/2022)

20 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 10 x single arm devil press

  • 10 x weighted for ward lunges

  • 30 x double unders / 75 x single unders / 30 x jumping jacks

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
