50 , 40 , 30 , 20 , 10

  • Alternating single arm f=ground to shoulder

  • Kettlebell swings

  • Lateral hop overs

* 20 minutes time cap

* use barbell , dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottles , backpack as equipment option.
