(PART 1)

4 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 15 x jumping jacks

  • 12 x sumo deadlift high pull

  • 9 x standing alternate toe touch

then immediately 1 MINUTE : Max Burpees


- REST 2 minutes -


(PART 2)

4 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 12 x jumping jacks

  • 9 x sumo deadlift high pull

  • 6 x standing alternate toe touch


then immediately 1 MINUTE : Max Sit ups


- REST 2 minutes -


(PART 3)

4 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 9 x jumping jacks

  • 6 x sumo deadlift high pull

  • 3 x standing alternate toe touch

then immediately 1 MINUTE : Max Jumping squats


- REST 2 minutes -


* accumulate reps separately for every round

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
