(Option 1)

15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 3 x wall walks

  • 12 x alternate single arm snatch

  • 15 x box jump overs

(option 2)

15 minutes as many rounds as possible (AMRAP)

  • 5 x pike push ups

  • 12 x alternate single arm ground to overhead

  • 15 x kneel to stand

* use dumbbell , kettlebell , water bottle , backpack as equipment option.
