10 rounds for time

  • 3 x clean and jerk

  • 3 x burpees over bar

* Use any object with load that can be challenging to you.

* Don't be afraid to modify this workout according to your fitness abilities

* Instead of burpees over bar you can opt to perform your burpees in place.

* Try to go as fast as you possibly can.
